My little one has multiple food allergies and this cookbook has several recipes he can enjoy safely, a section about substitutions, and a part about allergy friendly brands. I appreciate the ease of the recipes and the information provided. This book has far more recipes I can actually use and have time to cook than many other allergy friendly cookbooks I have read.
